Green Sofa Gallery sells only original works of contemporary Ukrainian artists, taken directly from the authors of their contemporary works.
We provide the sold artwork with all necessary supporting documents, as well as a collector’s identity / memo.
Delivery cost is not included in the cost of the work sold in our store. Delivery within the city of Lviv can be made by courier. Delivery by Ukraine is carried out with the help of the company Nova Poshta.
Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out by Meest express or EMS Ukraine to any country in the world. Its cost ranges from $ 35 to $ 100 depending on the destination.
Terms and conditions of refund for online orders in Ukraine, as stipulated in the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (No. 3153-IX dated 06/10/2023):
- Right to refuse the goods
• The consumer has the right to refuse the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods (excluding the day of delivery). - Return conditions
• The goods must be new, without traces of use, in full condition, with labels.
• Returned together with a document confirming the purchase (receipt, delivery note, electronic confirmation document).
• The costs of return are borne by the consumer. - Goods that are not subject to return: jewelry of proper quality.
The list is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 dated 03/19/1994 (updated in 2024). - Important
• If the product is of inadequate quality, it can be returned/exchanged regardless of the list.
